Fabric Information

Jusi is one of the most traditional fabrics used in Barong Tagalog. Known for its lightweight feel, subtle sheen, and elegant drape, Jusi creates a refined and timeless silhouette suitable for both formal and ceremonial occasions.

As is traditional with authentic Jusi barongs, this garment is semi-sheer and unlined. A camisa undershirt is required and sold separately. Camisas are available in both white and beige color options.

This product runs small, please follow our measurement guide and size chart to find your accurate size. Note: size chart measurements are based on a shirt, do not measure your body directly as it will not be correct.

Barong Tagalog is meant to fit loose, not tight. Please add allowance on your measurements when choosing a size.

  • How to Measure/Find Your Size

    Find a regular fit button up dress shirt, please do not measure the body directly as those measurements do not work with our barongs. Place the dress shirt on a flat surface and use a tape measure and follow the diagram above. Use the size chart to find your size. (Note: You will double the chest number as it measures the circumference)
